Boodles chicken feet are not cooked they’ve been dehydrated so they are crunchy and crumby. The crunch helps clean your dogs teeth whilst chewing scraping away built up food and plaque.
Chicken feet contain high concentrations of glucosamine and chondroitin, which are the ingredients often found in joint supplements. They can help keep your dogs cartilage healthy and can improve health conditions such as hip dysplasia and arthritis.
They provide very few calories compared to commercially processed meat treats so are great for dogs on a calorie restricted diet. As they are the by product from human grade chickens and usually waisted, repurposing them into dog treats ensures nothing is waisted making them an environmentally friendly choice.
