Keeshond is a medium-sized spitz dog of ample coat, famous for the distinctive “spectacles” on his foxy face. The Keeshond has a plush, two-layer coat of silver and black fur with a ruff and a curled tail. Their closest relatives are the German spitzes such as the Großspitz, Mittelspitz, Kleinspitz, Zwergspitz or Pomeranian.
