Delivery Information
We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast, reliable delivery. Below are the details for our delivery service:
Delivery Options & Costs:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over £50.00 (Just select Free Delivery when you checkout)
Delivery Times:
- We will try out upmost to dispatch orders received before 12pm on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimated based on working days (Monday to Friday, but Royal mail do deliver Saturday’s in most areas) This may vary depending on your location.
Delivery Areas:
We deliver to all addresses in the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Missed Deliveries:
If you miss the delivery, Royal mail will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up from a local hub.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items to us.
Returns Timeframe:
You can return most unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
All returns must be in their original condition.
How to Return:
Pack the Items: Securely pack the items you are returning in the original packaging or any suitable alternative.
Return the Items: Send the package back to us, please send these back tracked so we can be sure they will be received.
Return Costs:
Unwanted returns are at customers cost, unless pre agreed with the Boodles team. Please email us info@dog-treats.co.uk if you want to chat to us about a return
In case of faulty goods or error our end, you will be refunded shipping once we have received the item(s)
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Non-Refundable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
