You can be assured that all our fish is sourced from fully sustainable and ethical sources within the UK and EU, be it Scotland, or the cold waters of Iceland and Denmark (for our sprats). Much of our fish is sourced locally from established and trusted fish merchants in Grimsby or Hull, or from other areas of the UK.
